In this role, Steve will direct and control all
production and administrative activities of the bank's lending
functions, including commercial and industrial, commercial real estate,
construction, acquisition and development, and private banking.

Steve
received his MBA from the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
Previously, he served as Business Development Officer and Portfolio
Manager for RBS Business Capital and First Tennessee Bank, as well as
the Small Business Banking Manager and Asset Based Lending Manager at
the National Bank of Commerce. He is an active member of the community,
serving as a board member and past president of the Germantown Exchange
Club and as a board member and treasurer for the Arlington High School
Band Boosters.
