Carol is Senior Vice President of Consumer Banking responsible for mortgage lending and retail banking.
A 23-year veteran of the financial services industry, she is a past president of Mortgage Bankers Association of Memphis and has also served on the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association’s Board of Directors.
