How To Enroll in Mobile Text

You can enroll yourself in Paragon Mobile Text banking through internet banking.
NOTE: You must have an active internet banking username and password to use any of the mobile banking products. Furthermore, Paragon Mobile Text banking is tied to a specific phone number at enrollment so it is NOT possible for customers to share mobile banking. This means that joint account holders will each need their own internet banking username and password to establish mobile banking for each one of their phones. If you need an internet banking username and password, give our Customer Support Team a call at 901.273.2900 or email them at Online@BankParagon.com.

  1. Once you have signed in to Online Banking, click Options and choose Mobile Banking.

  2. Select Mobile Text Settings.

  3. Enter your mobile phone number. Then check the box(es) and enter a mobile short name for the account(s) that you would like to be available via mobile text. Any accounts not checked will not be available via mobile text. Click Submit to submit your changes.

  4. You will then be directed to a confirmation screen that summarizes your enrollment. Notice the Mobile Validation Code that is listed. After you click Confirm to confirm your enrollment, you must text the Mobile Validation Code to 89549.
    NOTE:Your enrollment is not complete until the mobile validation code is received at 89549.

  5. If the mobile validation code is correctly sent to 89549, you should receive a text message that indicates that your enrollment is complete. The text message will contain a list of commands available for use via mobile text.
